About Ron Agustin
Ron joined STG Marketing in January of 2024 with the rank of International Customer Service Manager. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. It’s no wonder he fits so well in with the team at STG. With seven years of experience in the BPO industry, he specializes in customer service, escalations, and appointment setting. In 2024, we acquired his great skill set as he transitioned into the promotional products industry. Ron brings his expertise and passion for client satisfaction to STG Marketing.
